The unit can be incorporated in a stable self-supported structure, either floor or ceiling mounted or integrated in air handling plant, built in civil work. A compact pumping station pumps the water via a two-stage filter to special nozzles where it nebulises under high pressure in aerosol mist and is mixed with air by means of turbulence elements. Due to this nebulisation and intensive air mixing, the greater part of the atomized water evaporates. The droplet eliminator at the humidifier outlet ensures that the subsequent components are dry. No water tank is needed.
在土建施工中，整个单元可以以独立的结构安装在地板或者吊顶的空气处理系统中。紧凑型泵站把水流通过双层过滤器抽吸到特定的喷嘴处，在高压作用下形成水雾状，并以湍流原理方式与空气结合，由于这种雾化作用和深度空气混合，使得越来越多的雾化水蒸发。加湿器出口处的挡水板可保持其他组件的干燥性，并且不需要水箱。
